Staff mailbox migrations to Office365 are running in the background and this process will complete within next few weeks. Users receive a separate notification email when their mailbox is about to be migrated. Mailboxes are fully functional for the whole time. After mailbox migration ends, user has to enter their email address and password to restore connection. Some mobile devices may require deletion and re-creation of email synchronization profile/account.
We try to move shared mailboxes at the same time as their users.
Approx. 120 mailboxes has already been migrated within summer/autumn.
