Opiskelijoiden O365-pilvipalvelun postilaatikosta puuttuu painikkeita

Useat opiskelijat ovat raportoineet, että heidän postilaatikostaan puuttuu O365:ssa uutta sähköpostiviestiä luotaessa ”lähetä”-painike kokonaan. Microsoft on  ilmoittanut että ongelma on heidän palvelimillaan ja että se korjataan korjataan mahdollisimman pian. Ongelma ei koske kaikkia, vaan pelkästään satunnaisia Firefox-selaimen käyttäjiä.

We have received some reports saying ”the send button is disappeared in Office 365 OWA” recently. Microsoft has been aware of the issue and working on it. We will update the status of the issue once we have any. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Meanwhile, there are two workarounds for your reference:
1. Go to zoom level in the browser > zoom out.

2. Send emails from Office 365 OWA in light mode via https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?layout=light (Office 365 after upgrade).

Microsoft has received reports of an issue in which some customers using Firefox 23 or Firefox 24 are experiencing issues when composing new mail in the Outlook Web App (OWA). Customers may see the form begin to load, then see the tool bar disappear. Engineers are deploying a patch to address the issue. The current workaround is to expand the Firefox browser to full screen mode, where the tool bar will re-appear. The next update will be provided by September 30th, 2013 by 5:00 pm UTC, or upon restoration.
