Adobe Connect Pro environment that is maintained by Funet/CSC is not working at the moment. The service has been suffering other problems in the last few weeks (“proxy error”) and apparently fixing those issues has now caused this critical unplanned blackout. This does not affect only JAMK, but basically all northern higher education institutions.
There is nothing we as JAMK ICT–services can do about this, since the service is maintained by CSC.

Connection problems with ACP continues. For a while it looked like it was fixed, but we are still getting error reports from random users. There is no new information available from Funet, but we’ll update this article if and when we know something.

Today ACP has been suffering problems again. For a while it looked like it was fixed.

For several days Connect was working fine, but now we’ve been receiving several reports about problems again. We’ve notified Funet about this. There is nothing we can do other than hope for a quick fix.

ACP problems again this morning. This time login page did not work. This has been fixed now, but a separate article about this issue can still be found from here (includes also a guide to fix “stuck” meeting rooms).
