Problem in Funet network routing -Fixed

A problem has been detected in the Funet network, which affects availability of some services. For example, any Microsoft’s services are currently not working. Network traffic in JAMK goes through Funet, so the problem concerns all internal network workstations at campuses. Update 15:58:Problem is now fixed.

HAKA Login Service malfunction (fixed)

Services that use HAKA login (e.g. Moodle) are suffering a malfunction that is caused by the encryption certificate that was renewed this morning. The situation is being fixed. Update at 10:00:Problem has now been fixed. It might be required to clear browser cache before trying again.

Problem with Panopto-block in Moodle

The encryption certificate used by Panopto expired yesterday (19.1.2022). It was renewed today at about 10 a.m., but at the same time this has caused Panopto’s features to be unavailable in Moodle until the Moodle service provider reconfigures connection between these services. This is under investigation and a fix is expected soon.

The project management system Reportronic is not available on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 7-9 because of maintenance. During maintenance, the system interface is also upgraded. Old functions are still available, but they have been grouped into clearer entities.
