This Halko IDM version upgrade maintenance causes interruption of: user account creation, update and continuation password setting and change application of rights from the IDM-system Update 15.12. Application of rights from the IDM-system doen’t work yet. Update 16.12. IDM system is working now. New user portal: https://halko.jamk.fi/idmdash/#/requests
