How to configure email to mobile devices?

Creating connection

  • Log in to Office365 mailbox at least once using either browser interface (OWA) or Outlook client to make sure that your mailbox is accessible
  • Create a new Exchange -email account to your device
  • Input your email address and password when prompted
    • Staff (
    • Students (
  • The device connects to server and automatically downloads required settings
  • Configure any other settings as you like (what to sync and when etc.)


For some reason all devices do not find settings automatically (for example some Samsung’s). If that happens, please use these settings:

  • Email address:
    • Staff (
    • Students (
  • Username:
    • Staff (
    • Students (
  • Password: your own password
  • Domain: Leave empty (unless if something is required, type your email address as described above)
  • Server:

NOTICE! Some older email clients may not be supported at all. Please download Outlook from app store and use that instead.
