If you have never before logged in to O365’s Outlook or Exchange, please do so at webaccess.jamk.fi. After this has been done, you may follow instructions below.
Choose Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account…
Choose Microsoft Exchange
Staff: Input your email address (use format firstname.lastname@example.org). Domain is AD. Input your username and password.
Students: Input your email address (use format email@example.com). Leave domain field empty. Input your username (use format firstname.lastname@example.org) and your password.
Description field is optional and you can use it to descripe this particular account, it could be for example “JAMK Exchange”. After this is done, choose Next.
After email server has been found, click Next.
Choose information types to synchronize to device. For example hare we have selecter email: Mail and calendar: Calendars
After you have saved these settings, you can see Exchange-information as a dedicated mailbox in iPhone/iPad mail client and calendar.
