System is maintained by Microsoft and there is not much we can do about it, other than to pass along information and open support tickets. At this moment the only instruction to users is to close client and to try again later. You can also use browser version if it works better and it’s somewhat limited features are enough for you.

We have opened a ticket to Microsoft support and they are looking into this.
We have delivered all logs and configurations to Microsoft, but they haven’t been able to locate and fix this issue. Support case is still open.
Microsoft support made some changes to login service and now the situation is that students are unable to login to any Office365 services. The previous problem escalated and we have asked Microsoft to raise priority of this support process.
Login to Office365 works now. Skype problem is still under investigation.

All Office365 login problems with student accounts has been fixed and also Skype client is working normally with all JAMK accounts.
