1. Outlook-client
Log in to Jamk workstation using your personal username/password and start Outlook client from desktop or Start-menu.
2. Outlook Web interface
Open https://m365.jamk.fi and log in using your email address and password. It is possible that system asks you to set correct timezone when logging in for the first time.
3. Mobile devices and ActiveSync -compatible email clients
Log in to email system at least once. Configure new Exchange -email account/profile on your device. Input your email address (firstname.lastname@jamk.fi) and password. Device connects to server and downloads required settings automatically. Notice! Some devices are unable to connect to server automatically. If this happens, you can create connection manually using these settings.
4. Shared mailboxes
If you need shared mailbox, you can request one using Halko-service. Also rights to previously created shared mailboxes can be configured and requested by using Halko. Detailed instructions can be found from Elmo intranet .
Students
Student emails are created in form:
username@student.jamk.fi (for example 12345@student.jamk.fi)
In addition, all accounts have also long address format : firstname.lastname@student.jamk.fi (for example john.doe@student.jamk.fi). This cannot be used when logging in.
Notice! If there are two users with the same name, system automatically adds number to the one that is created later (for example john.doe2@student.jamk.fi)

Open https://m365.jamk.fi and log in using your email address and password. It is possible that system asks you to set correct timezone when logging in for the first time. M365 has loads of other features besides email too.
