If you are using some service/system and its says that your username and/or password is not correct, there are 3 possible reasons for that:
- Your account is locked due to job contract ending (staff), or if you have graduated etc. (students)
- Your username and/or password is not typed correctly. Note! Please use your email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) when logging to Jamk O365-services.
- If you are using special characters on your password, it is possible that the system is unable to log you in
If you have forgotten your password and you are unable to change it (instructions), or your account is locked, please contact student services or Helpdesk.
