If you are using some service/system and its says that your username and/or password is not correct, there are 3 possible reasons for that:
- Your account is locked due to job contract ending (staff), or if you have graduated etc. (students)
- Your username and/or password is not typed correctly. Note! Please use your email address (email@example.com) when logging to Jamk O365-services.
- If you are using special characters on your password, it is possible that the system is unable to log you in
